All public records are provided pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et. seq. In order to provide information, the Government Records Request Form has been created and adopted by the Custodian of Records and must be completed in its entirety with sufficient detail to allow the Custodian of School Records to understand the request.

This form may be mailed, faxed or hand delivered. Office hours for in-person requests are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
